Desiree & Claudell Gapultos Westlake Village Inn Wedding

Desiree and Claudell were both very involved in every step of the way of their big day.  Surprisingly, it was Claudell that was adamant on having purple be their main color!  And a great job they did on designing every aspect of their wedding.  Casual elegance couldn’t have made Desiree and Claudell more happy.  It was a perfect night for the beautiful newlyweds.

Desiree and Claudell took me on as their day of director and so kindly put all their trust in me to conduct a smooth and eventful night.  Desiree had an all around wonderful group of vendors that made the day enjoyable for everyone.  It was an honor to be there for them, and I made absolute sure to get every detail in place.

Thank you for everything that you did for us on the day of our wedding. Everything went so smoothly and our evening was so much fun.  We appreciate your attention to detail, thoughtful consideration of decor, day of organization and ability to multi-task and be in different places at the same time!  I especially remember how you were always up and putting everything away, and how I just gave you everything and poof! Everything came to life!

Miatta & Daniel Mansion Steam Punk Wedding

Miatta and Daniel are most sincere and warm-hearted.  They are also fun and eccentric!  Hence the RAD Steam Punk theme.  I had so much fun with this wedding!  Every guest was dressed exquisitely to the theme and excited to show off their guise.  With their closest friends and family, love mingled in the air.  By the end of the night, everyone joined in an unforgettable soul train line.

Jennifer Lau helped to make my wedding day more memorable than I could have dreamed of. Her artistic eye, colorful palette, and professional experience made the difficulties of wedding planning a breeze. She was always available for us and worked with us to create the type of wedding we wanted. With only six months to plan our wedding, her creative ideas and resourcefulness helped my husband and I to save money on wedding costs, money that we were able to put towards beginning our lives together. I’m so pleased with the service I received, that I will definitely use Indulge in Memories for event or party planning in the future!

Kiara & Clay Parton Garden Wedding

The sexy models you see happily married in the photos aren’t just posing pretty for my event photos, but did in fact tie the knot last year.  It was a pleasure bringing together a wedding that they both did not expect. Making it a night to remember was the main goal, and it was easy with their loving family and friends.

Jen did such a wonderful job helping us plan and coordinate our wedding. She has such great taste and is abundantly blessed with creative ideas.  Jen helped make our wedding more beautiful than we could have ever imagined ourselves.  We especially liked the way that she arranged the flowers, displayed the food and dressed the tables!  Everything was so beautiful, and she is such a great person to work with.  We would highly recommend her to all of our friends and family.

Patty & Matt Harrison Destination Wedding in Hawaii

As you enter the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel lobby, you can’t help but gasp of utter speechlessness from the beauty of the vast beach landscape that slowly reveals itself as you step closer toward the railing.  You are welcomed with a cup of fresh squeezed guava juice and a room key to your temporary abode that looks out onto the clear blue ocean.  At night, you can walk onto the private beach and find no one, but a galaxy of stars and the black darkness of ocean in front of you.  The ocean has never sounded so beautiful.

Patty and Matt knew exactly what they were getting into when they chose this hidden paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii.  It was a simply bright and intimate wedding, which were the only two requests they made.  As I usually like to pick certain colors for a theme of the event, I was able to play with all the colors of the rainbow and give it a vibrant Hawaiian flare.  The simplicity of the decor complimented the scintillating sunset and created the perfect ambiance for Patty and Matt.

By Design Photo and Bridal Collection Photography

My husband and I were not planning on having a wedding/ceremony at all.  We couldn’t foresee going through all the planning and hassle, especially since we wanted our wedding in Hawaii.  When we went to Jennifer, our fears went away.  She made the entire process so easy and enjoyable.  She coordinated every detail for the ceremony to the reception, and even the music.  She coordinated shipping all the materials for the event to Hawaii, which we were very worried about.  The only thing my husband and I took to Hawaii for our wedding was our bathing suits!  She took care of everything else!

Jennifer’s consistent attention to detail and dedication to creating the perfect day for us allowed my wife and me to enjoy every moment.  We relaxed and enjoyed our family and friends instead of worrying about the details of event planning.  On the day of the wedding, Jennifer made sure I didn’t stress out and that everything was in place.  Our friends still talk about how beautiful, elegant, and perfect the wedding turned out.  Our wedding memories continue to be one of our most cherished times.  We couldn’t have done it without Jennifer.  She truly made our wedding special.

Aurora Borealis

Dedicated to: Patricia and Sifu James Ibrao

Category: $1000 and above

As Aurora, the goddess of dawn in Roman mythology, announces the arrival of the sun each day, my intention is to pronounce a design concept that incorporates elegance of a goddess, traditions of the Cree, who viewed the northern lights as “Dance of the Spirits,” and Aurora Borealis’ magical colors.

One of a Kind Pumpkin Time Halloween Party 2010

Thank you to all those who came to my Halloween Party a few months ago. The kids were dressed up in their best Halloween costumes and truly were the life of the party.  I would like to apologize for not having enough time to get to the costume contest, but everyone was so adorable, it would have been impossible to choose, as you will see in the slideshow below.  I would like to say a few congratulations to Yvonne and Franklin on their cute as ever new born, Kathryn, and I look forward to having Angela and Frank’s on the way baby at my party next year.  I had so much fun making cookies and cupcakes for everyone, I hope that you will all join me in next year’s big and better bash!
